Been with this bank for nearly a decade. Service has gone way downhill in the last 5 years.

Unfortunately, Texans has fallen like a brick, from the 90's. Used to be great people, "can do" attitude, all about Customer service. They are NOTHING like that now. Every time I have an issue, it's a major debacle as a result of THEM. This weekend, they turned off my ATM card because I haven't used it within their time parameter. I normally drive thru so I can have some interactions, gain balance info, etc. Turned me off. Had to order a new card. Now it's two weeks before I'll be able to be turned off again because I haven't used it. This is a complete pain in the ass bank. They closed my business account because of inactivity (even though my other accounts had money coming in/going out) and sent my money to the state (so I had to jump thru hoops to get MY MONEY BACK). Completely f'd bank. I'm moving my accounts this week. DO NOT SHOP HERE
