I am a teacher and first time homebuyer, they had no problem staying on the phone for hours answering the most moronic questions, and even offered to volunteer at my school after all was said and done. You will not find a better group of people to do business with.

The experience with this company and people that work here is unexplainable. They have the BEST customer service and down to earth people you would ever meet. The process was quick and they were helpful along the way. I am very grateful for them and God bless them all!!!! They are second to none!!

Worst company to deal with. They will waste your time, tell you they want one set of documents once you furnish them they will say "oh I never said I wanted this I want something else". You gotta make an appt to talk to them can't just pick up the phone and call. You can email them would not get a response. They have their own portal if it doesn't go thru that they don't wanna hear from you. It took them a month to tell me they need more documents. In the meantime I had gone to two other banks and they had me approved in less than 4 days. Will not recommend them.
