First Stone -- your team rocks! I got stuck with an unfair and inaccurate mark against my credit that prevented me from closing on my home, and thanks to your help, it got removed and my credit score went up and I was finally able to close on our home!!! I also appreciate your taking the time to help me understand the different players out there in the credit space...I'm not an expert, and with all the laws etc it gets pretty confusing...it was super helpful learning enough so that I could make a fact-based decision as to what was best for me and my family. A couple of years ago, a credit card company really tried to damage my credit, without cause. I was very worried because I found out about it just as I was trying to buy my first home. I called First Stone Credit Counseling and they resolved the issue for me quickly. This allowed me to proceed with my mortgage application and close on my house. Went to this company in good faith. They told me that they could help me with a particular credit problem. Turns out they could not. Unfortunately, I paid them upfront . . . and they refused to refund any of my money. Do not use these people. They are only out to get your money.
