I went in to withdraw money from my account. I was directed to an ATM. They then made me speak to a teller and say my amount outloud. The whole reason I agreed to go the ATM was to avoid this. They still wouldn't allow me to pull out any money from my account and tried to charge me a fee for a service they didn't provide. Will not be banking with them again.

It was a bank drive thru, what can you say? Nice multi-functional ATM's that offer lots of services. Liked the remote teller feature, it helped when I stopped outside normal bank hours.

I dread having to actually go into this location or really any location of Bank of America. They have become so "salesy" and just obviously overly fake friendly. When you walk in the "defense" team moves in to try an do everything to keep you from talking to a teller, they defend their people better than Tony Romo's defense line. Why can't I just talk to a person??? I know the drill, I've been with Bank of America long enough to know when I need and ATM or a teller. Then when you do talk to a teller, they act like its a bother. I do my auto loan, business banking, personal banking and my daughters 2 accounts are with them. What REALLY bothers me, is when I try to withdraw money. This is not the first time it's happened, it's happened multiple times with the manager Nicole. I'm in here a lot and they act like I just passed a holdup note to the teller. When Nicole comes to verify my signature she acts like I'm a criminal, makes me re-sign and re-sign and verify address, birthdate, last transactions ALL of this and with a bitchy attitude acts as if all of this and my signature on my withdrawal slip is so way off that she gets extremely condescending. Bank of America why don't you just do finger printing? People don't physically write anymore--so signatures drift over time--fingerprints don't. I mean a passport isn't good enough, I can recite my SS# backwards while walking on a straight line. She claims she just trying to protect my money, but really what more do you need to verify that I am who I am--a blood sample? The signature is my signature, it matches my passport, my drivers license, govt documents--so really I'm not sure how it could be that far off, is my E leaning to much? This attitude, this approach, and to add more than once I've heard this same manager complaining in the lobby to the team their about the "numbers" being down, just makes me want to take my money elsewhere. Apparently I'm not alone, if their numbers are down. I'm moving ALL OF IT, bringing my business, my savings, my auto loan and my daughters accounts elsewhere.

I like that they ask people in line for the teller if they can do anything for you and I like the multifunctional atms
