Horrible nasty attitudes from all the tellers including the very immature young Assistant manager. Just this location. The other branches everyone is very nice.

Need more workers! Friday evening and 1 teller inside.

I have my home financed through BOA and needed assistance in getting an insurance check endorsed as BOA was also named on the "pay to" line of the check. Miss Jenny Herrera was extremely helpful and worked with others on the phone to get this accomplished quickly. I was very pleased with the service she offered.

Just Open the account and feel they care almost 3 years now still a great bond

Worst bank location and service EVER. The teller"s name is ROSIE. I went around closing time and I had to change bills and she had a really nasty attitude to start with. I forgot to do all the exchange in one transaction and she had to do 2 but the second time she just gave the money without offering an envelope, mind you it was 2 grand in hundred dollar bills. I felt disrespected and offended. The manager was busy with another client so I didn't get a chance to complain but I will not be going to that location again.
