I Borrowed 600 , And I Let Them Take Them Out Of My Bank Accounts & Payed To The Day The Loan Ended , & They Tried To Take Out The 600 Out Of My Account , & Now Im In Collections I Gave My Payments All The Way Till It Ended And Now Its Like I Threw Money Away !

They took money out of my account when I had already paid off the loan. Nilsa the manager there promised to refund money in 3 days and did not. This will go further than just this review. Do NOT DO NOT PLEASE GET A LOAN HERE! Maybe try a different location. There is a gentleman named Jose and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out when 4 other women including the manager Nilsa did nothing.

Everyone that works in this location is completely pathetic they have the worst customer service ever. Want to cash a check and it took them 30 minutes to tell me that they are unable to cash my check because they cannot get ahold of the bank when my name is already in their system and I cashed money many times before. Horrible service with ignorant employees.

I wouldn't give them a single star but I was forced to give them one. This place will take your money and waste your time. Better off getting a bank account and you don't have to deal with the likes of these businesses. And your bank fees are a lot less than this place charges to cash your check. If you use the stupid prepaid card anywhere for anything you have to pay $2.00. If you want to get cash from any ATM it is $2.00 plus what the ATM charges. Don't do it, stay away from these folks. Legal thieves...!
