My Community Credit Union in Odessa, TX

I can't explain how frustrating it is that this bank doesn't have a damn ATM at their location in Odessa. What am I supposed to do? Drive all the way to Midland to pull out 20$ from the atm over there? It is extremely inconvenient and annoying. I'm thinking of closing my account. I hate that every atm I try to use charges at least 3 dollars. You guys really need to think about that.

I wouldn't even give this "bank" 1 star of I could.... they have terrible customer service, and the one and only time I ever had to report fraudulent charges on my account, I had explain it about 5 times (she didn't get it) and then fight with them to remove them. Them for the first year of our loan with them, they continously called to tell us that it was late every month even though we were current on payments. They simply are the worst. Don't waste your time here....

Loan payment system is completely broken. When you try to make a payment, you are redirected to another site. Their system doesn't recognize my information and locks me out. I have called MCCU and the other payment site and neither one can help me. Each one just keeps re-directing me back to the other one. I can't even make a payment by phone using MCCU's own system because they can't recognize me either. Their response from them was to either come to the branch to make a payment or mail it. UNACCEPTABLE in 2017! Will be re-financing elsewhere ASAP.
