After they asked me for a lot of information by phone and told me I was approved they asked me for more documents and giving excuses and excuses and running my credit to tell me that they couldn't help me. Worst place to go, Don't recommend

Awesome employees, braved this place alone with two toddlers and the lady provided coloring books and made paper airplanes with them while I signed paperwork :)

I know a lot of times, people are worried that the service they get after they sign the loan might be questionable, but I had a great experience with this branch. I was trying to get a copy of a title from the DMV, but they needed a lien release signed by Springleaf. I took a title loan out years ago, and couldn't remember anything about it other than the fact my original branch had closed. I contacted this branch, and they were more than happy to help out any way they could. Betty and Alberto were very accommodating and knew exactly what the DMV would need for me to get a title. While I was there, I could also see how courteous and professional they were with the customers, both while they were on the phone with the customer and after they had hung up. They aren't loan sharks like some reviewers might indicate. They really seemed to care about their customers and want to help. I would recommend this branch to anyone who needs a loan.

YOUR OFFICE IS HORRIBLE! ... They are like robots. No common sense... My credit dropped 3 points because they closing my approvals and saying you have 30 days no you only have 5 days... Too many different stories.... You need a better manager... Send this one back to training or fire her not doing the company any favors. Very disappoint person!
