I don't know why this branch has negative reviews, their customer service is absolutely amazing. Parking is great too!

Trying to get someone to answer the phone was the worst experience. Even when my call got pushed through to the customer service department located in Ft. Worth, the helpful representative couldn't even get this location to answer.

Always have to wait a long time in drive thru line and when tried to make a deposit after hours it's unavailable. So much for convenience.

They have the longest lines and worst customer service. I always wait longer than 10 minutes to get my deposit done for work.

Went to do an international bank transfer. The older gentleman there kept telling me the code was wrong. It was not wrong they just have no clue on international wire transfers . Finally they said they could not help me . How ridiculous was that !!!. Went down to the Garland one and the ladies there knew how to do it . The code was right !!
