"Chandra" doesn't read her paperwork at all, screwed up my receipt then days later called demanding another payment, harassing my husband ,when I called to straighten it out and let her know SHE MADE THE MISTAKE, she said she cant speak with me cause Im not on the loan, I told her YES I've ALWAYS BEEN ON THE LOAN , this is the 10th payment of 12 never had an issue until this Chandra was here, I asked for her manager" Stephanie Shields" who has yet to contact me after I left 3 messages for her. Chandra will talk back to you, refuses to read any paperwork, has 0 customer service abilities and you cant trust her to produce a correct receipt. The 1-800 numbers take you around and around. No body can answer but they can call you to demand more money and call you a liar all day long. Not even the district rep will help you, Ms. Shields should have called back by now and is doing as much as a piss poor job as her employee Chandra. Unless your desperate don't ever go here. Diamond, the young lady who I took out the loan with and has taken my payments is the only one with brains and can read. I even suggested they call her but Chandra said she hasn't been there in weeks (which its been two) . Im going to keep calling and reporting them til I get someone to respond to me! This is the most worthless set of manager/employee customer service you can find.
