Wells Fargo Bank in Mission, TX

Banking with this branch more then 15yesrs

I am a business owner in Mission, Texas. Unfortunately thanks to internal mistakes made at the time I opened my business account by Evangelina Salinas at the Wells Fargo Nolana in Mcallen, Texas and the time buying excuses of Veronica Olivarez to fix the problem in Mission, Texas branch, My business was paralyzed economically and affected financially for more than 24 hours during a weekend. This bank is extremely ridiculous and disorganized. They like to charge for every single extra service but they do not pay for their mistakes.

I did not even have to walk in to this place to deal with a person that was rude. Unfortunately I did not catch the girls name I spoke to over the phone. I called to ask to speak with mortgage consultant and the person I spoke to by replying "she's at lunch" and then paused and was silent I actually thought she had hung up. I proceeded to tell her I just had a few questions she said she would transfer me to mortgage department and she did so. They couldn't help me either because I did not have an account number.

I came across this WFB branch by chance and am extremely please with their customer service. I see Terry Sanchez as my personal banker - she takes care of my financial needs quickly and efficiently. As a rule of thumb, make an appointment and you will be attended to within minutes of your arrival - in a time where customer service is all but dead, who can ask for a better branch? Nora, thank you for coming to introduce yourself - that was gilding the lily an added bonus!!!!!!!!
