Thier customer service sucks had fraud going on my acount and the wanted me to pay out of my pocket thats pretty dumb dont open ur acount here sucky service! Wach out cause even though fruad is hapening to ur acount they dont let u change ur acount number so they can keep on charging u the fees.

Fantastic bank, this is the best bank I have had in over 30 years. The interest rate that is paid on checking accounts is way over the norm. Good customer service and prompt attention.

I've never had a better bank. The people at the Edinburg and McAllen branches are awesome. The other banks in the Valley don't even come close as far their rates. Just overall happy with this bank.
