Bank of America Financial Center in Mineral Wells, TX

Great bank just poor lobby hours and no drive thru :(

The tellers Alex and teller with long black hair Dont know what there doing and they need people who care about customers and actually know what to do as a teller and how to count money without the counting machine .Please change things they r not working

A bank with bankers hours. Let's change that to a Bank with Costermers hours, now whier getting some whear.

Staff is too rude. My personal money order got expired upto date to deposit but i reissued that from my previous bank but the lady name keller madisson overthere response me rudely. Just saying i can not do that. I can not do that. Though the teller send me to her that she would help you. Very rude and irresponsible staff. I hate this place. Never go back their again.

This looks like a rather large branch location, and there's no ATM in the lobby area?! The only ATM is outside around the side of the building. Since I was in my truck & trailer, I couldn't drive up. I had to walk up to it & stand in the rain and wind to complete a transaction.
