I decided to cancel, they stated I would not be charged. Guess what? They took money anyway. When I called they were rude and would not refund my money. Then when I asked they said they do not process payment only enroll. When I asked for someone in charge of payments they stated it was 5 o'clock and they were gone for the day. It was 4:45! Scam! Liars! Do not use this service!

I spent almost a year paying "fees" for what they want upfront before even counting any payments toward my student loan. Every month I have to take several phone calls and waits and holds and transfers just to make a payment. Yes, the year is 2017 and my little league team can set up online payment options but this company cannot. I am now stuck fishing around for a legitimate company to reconsolidate after spending a ton of money I am now learning doesn't have to be paid to REAL reconsolidation. I find the positive reviews to be questionable and do not reflect the several months I have dealt with them. Not even close. Rude, passive aggressive at best, they'll hang up on you regularly. They said I was in collections after telling me someone would get in touch with me to start accepting payments after I finally paid off their upfront fees for a few months. After being hung up on by a lady, Ed called me and yelled at me for hanging up on him...then he asked if I even wanted his help. After yet another passive aggressive exchange with yet another representative he hung up on me when I asked to speak with someone else. I spelt my last name, he repeated the first 3 letters, long pause, then asked if it was correct, I said yes, he repeated the first 3 letters again, long pause, then he yells that he is waiting for me to spell it out. I said sorry and was going to spell it again...they are just exhausting. Called again, Erika said someone would call me back to take my payment. Back to the point where I had countless unreturned emails and voicemails for 2 months waiting for someone to contact me. How are they still open and licensed to operate?!?! Unprofessional DISASTER!!!
