I can't even give this place a 1star. Every time I go into the shop I always get sorry we can't take this product, it doesn't sale or that's hard to find replacement parts. Please change your sign to just jewelry and guitars take the LOAN part off cause it's not going to happen.

Stay away from this place! They are the definition of highway robbery. They make up obvious lies to give you as little as possible. Their customer service is horrific, they are rude, don't treat your stuff you are pawning with any respect. They bang on it and throw it around. They have almost broke several of my dvds bending them. I have even had dvds missing from cases when got them home. Avoid at all costs.

JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Wanted to take a loan out on a specific watch and was denied with said excuse: "We just don't take 'em because there are a lot of fakes.". So instead of doing their due diligence and examining my watch, they turned it down. Very lazy and inconvenient. Must rate 1 star. I went to a different place and they were able to conclude it was real. Laziness and a lack of true expertise will stop me from ever coming here again.

An average to small pawn shop in size. They have a decent selection of tools and electronics and firearms, but not a lot of floor space. Their customer service is average, but the store is organized and neat. One interesting thing is that I did offer some merchandise for a loan one time, but they did not have the money in the store. They said they had a rush on people trying to get cash but not purchasing anything. I am sure it was a one-time thing, but it is surprising that they ran that low on cash flow, especially that being their business. However if you are interested in musical equipment especially guitars, this is probably the best pawn shop in the area. They have a large selection of really nice looking acoustic and electric guitars, some of them are very new. They have brand name musical equipment as well as lesser-known brands. Also they have a decent number of laptop computers, many of them brand names and very good deals, if you are computer savvy. I would give them 4 to 5 stars if it was just a review based on their music equipment and always having money to loan, but otherwise an average pawn shop.
