Mc Kinney Investments in McKinney, TX

I have done business with this company for over 6 years for myself, friends, family, as well as sent SEVERAL customers their way for a credit repair company I used to work for. Up until recently I believed this company was great and cared about their customers but now its clearly ladies working just for a paycheck by the way they treat you. I called to speak with George, who has been the main person I have dealt with since I started doing business with them, and ask him for ONE waived late fee due to my fiancé being out of work because of the bad weather, mind you I was still paying the payment that was due and after being a "valued" customer I thought it was a simple request. The ladies, Sherry to be exact, told me George was unavailable and there was no way to waive the late fee that the computer automatically enters it, which I also know to be a lie because they have waived our clients fees before. She then proceeded to raise her voice and be abruptly rude and passed the phone on to someone else who also displayed horrible customer service. Moral of the story, this company has now gone downhill to the point where poor customer service is constantly displayed, on top of incorrectly reporting your account to the credit bureau after multiple times of assuring you it was fixed ( several people use this company to build their credit not knowing it is actually hurting their credit due to the incorrect reporting), and sky high interest rates to add to it. I advise you find a different company who cares about their customers with lower interest rates and employees who don't hate their job.

They have rude customer service and has lied directly to my face but it will help build your credit. They should hire plp who value there job.
