Very horrible experience; their workers change often that says a LOT bad turn over!!!! I tell you avoid this bank as much as possible it's really a sad case that the customer service is this bad for one that is handling our money!!!! I've already made plans to change banks this one is sad and the wait time is always forever!!!!

Don't waist your time, I had a very on professional experience. I highly recommend walking across to BBT bank and getting your loan there

Does not offer reciprocal services to other Credit Union members...like notary, etc. Other banks and Credit Unions in the area offer the service for the general public and other members of Credit Unions. They seem to be set up at every community even trying to get members, word of mouth would be a better plan. I don't really get it, beg for members but don't offer services to a person who doesn't have a CU ofice near by?

Will not offer services to shared branch networks though they supposed to. Had to travel to a different shared branch further away for the same service, which was readily offered. The employees at this location are unhelpful and borderline rude. Why get a job in customer service if you seem to loathe helping people???
