Bank of America Financial Center in McKinney, TX

Most Bank of Americas are slow, but this one takes the cake. Never coming back to this location. A storm blew in and passed by and still waited in line. People were leaving. After 30 mins of the line NOT MOVING AT ALL, I had to do the same. Save yourself time & find another location. In fact, if you can, find another company.

I've been here for 20 minutes and all I need is a copy of a direct deposit slip....unreal And I'm trying to convince my wife to switch from Wells Fargo Try explaining this Smh

Worst Bank of America location I visited across states from East to West and easily the worst in Dallas. Most of the staff do not even want to work and find excuses why they cannot do something. Hope management realizes that there is a problem here particularly with their manager who runs this branch.

I love this bank..Will is amazing..he has helped me out a few times..so nice and very helpful..Shawn and Pete are very good too..always there to help..

Unprofessional, poor customer service. They caused a real issue with my business account and then told me THEY couldn't fix it. That we would just have to wait until next week to get everything cleared up. The branch manager is nothing more than a puppet. I cannot recommend using this branch of BofA or Bank of America in general for small business accounts. They like to hide behind their big corporate walls, instead of doing what's right by the customer. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where your bank will work for you, not against you.
