Management was not helpful at all took my under age sister to cash a check she received and manger said she couldn't cash it but could open an account to cash the check i believe it's so dumb she couldn't cash her check but she could open an account being under age

What are banks for! Go to the drive thru to make a small deposit to cover a check and asked for ID to deposit cash well left my ID at home. Unbelievable can't deposit $100 to my own account! One unsatisfied customer to be going elsewhere.
