JRD Mail Store in Lufkin, TX

I live in an apartment complex. So instead of delivering the package to my apartment, they drop off the package to the main office. The driver didn't bother knocking on my door to see if I was there or not, which I was! I was home all day today waiting for that package. Now I have to wait an additional two days to get my package from the office. This is NOT the first time FedEx has done this either. Are they really that lazy? The only reason I knew my package was delivered was because I looked online. OMG!!!! What if I had been waiting weeks for that stupid package? No knock on the door, no sticky note left on the door. Come on people, step out of the freaking truck and walk the 20 steps to my apartment door. Dang I paid for the shipping, so ship the dang package to my front door!!!!!!!!
