Best people and best bank anywhere have been involved in 9 banks in my life time none compare to this one

My husband and I opened a joint account here almost a year ago. I feel like I have been incredibly patient, and that patience is wearing thin. Anytime I need help with the account I am told my husband has to get involved. To date I have not been issued a debit card (and was not offered one before today, when I mentioned how ridiculous that was), was told I am not authorized to set up online banking, and today I have been told that I am not authorized to reset the password without getting my husband to do it. However, my husband is always told that yes, I have the exact same accessibility that he does. Obviously I don't, and after speaking with him we have decided to go somewhere else.

The branch on 82nd and Quaker does not care whatsoever about it's 'people' that bank there. Sure they know your name but the never take your side when you need help. Rude phone calls when you approached them with situations. They make sure to take care of very sketchy and unmoral businesses before caring at all about anyone else. The managers aren't people at all working here just out to satisfy crooks and make you feel lower than dirt.. word of advice watch your verbiage, tone and who you give money to. Perception is everything but truly caring will never be who you are as people.
