Bought a game there, have the receipt and went to get the money back because they don't have any other games that would be okay for my kids to play, on the receipt it says that if we bring it back we can get our money back, exchange or store credit. Since there was no other game that I wanted, and I didn't want the store credit they refused to give back the money. Now I am stuck with a game that my kids refuse to play because they can't honor their return policy. I will never return to buy from here.

This place is scandelous!! I had been making payments on my pawn on time until I could afford to pull it out. I made a payment to extend for 2 weeks then when I call to find out the find out date that I needed to come make another payment and they tell me they pulled it and already sold my TV!!! The one time I can't find the receipt and they screw me!! Make sure you keep every receipt bc they will just steal your things if you don't. I lost a 50' plasma screen TV, surround sound and a Movado watch.

The entire crew here is awesome always willing to work with me on my pawns no matter what you guys rock even though they won't sell me the red raider statue lol Anna is the best and her crew is freaking awesome.
