My experience with this branch and my overall experience has been poor. My first time calling the main number listed, I was unable to reach a real person (the next available representative) to discuss opening a new account and questions I had, I was immediately transferred to an answering machine.. I called it again and tried a different extension at which I finally reached a real person, but when I was transferred to the branch by my house, I was again greeted with an answering machine. I decided to go to the branch instead and see if real people would be more helpful. I was not impressed. The teller didn't seem to be very knowledgeable, and when I finally was able to sit down with a new account representative, I was not made to feel like they were interested in my business at all. I think I will stick to a large bank that has enough personnel to answer the phones, and an interest in gaining my business.

My debit card was stolen and used. Alliance didn't cover it, because "Visa wouldn't allow them to do so", because I reported it to them when they opened instead of calling and getting the 1800 number from their answering machine.
