The process of dealing with this company has left me feeling as if I attended a funeral of a loved one. Worst experience in over 40 years of dealing with an entity who has been in business since 1960 which alone amazes me. This satellite office should be closed and restructured. It gives East Texas a bad name and solidifies the corrupt and unscrupulous intentions which airs in the mentality of those who have somewhat power within their hands. These individuals and I mean plural, were the most unprofessional group I have ever come across in the business world. They did not return phone calls, email, rude and worse of all lied to us. Do yourself a favor and do the research on consumer complaints regarding this company, I wish I would have because of the pain and hardship this has caused our family.
