I walked in with basic questions and was greeted with great professionalism. The young lady that helped me was Melissa. She was very informative and patient as she answered all my questions. Knowing that I wasn't going to apply for a loan that day, she treated me as if I had been a long time customer. A definite asset and compliment to your staff.
