worst customer service ever! I closed my account 2 weeks ago, why is it still open? I call and get hung up on twice, get put on hold just for someone to pick up and hang up. Wells Fargo is getting too big for it's britches. Scott and Carlos were absolutely horrible!

Okay for routine banking. My experience was generally poor. The manager and staff are not customer service oriented. After being a customer for several years, i was told that the cost of safe deposit boxes is negotiable. Why have i been paying more for all these years? Disappointed that the bank was forcing me to open a new account for trust conversion rather than changing my grandfathered Wachovia account which has better benefits. My other banks all converted accounts without much of a hassle. Very disappointed in the attitude and service provided.
