IBC Bank in Lake Jackson, TX

Tellers remember most names but I close my business account due to the fact they had to count all my rolled coin before they would deposit it they will call you later once the coin is counted

Established my account 2 months ago here and everytime I've come in I have to wait 10 mins with 1 other person in the lobby. They only had 1 teller working when I got there at 5pm.

Had a cashiers check they were going to take I just needed to go get it signed from the bank that wrote it to me TDECU via IBC MANAGER and it would be no problem .. took care of that in less then an hour came back then she refused to take the check saying their policy changed and their Bank doesn't take cashiers checks I could have the money wired or have my dad write me a personal check for 10K instead this is after she already talked to TDECU BRANCH MANAGER and confirmed this was all legit and no fraud was going on was even offered to have another cashiers check printed WHAT BANK DOESNT TAKE CASHIERS CHECKS ???? This was money from the loss of my mother and they want me to wire it so they can charge me or they would rather take a personal check CRAP i have been with them for years and was happy after this IM DONE
