After having screwed up my credit for never having a credit card and not knowing how to use my credit properly, capital one has helped me increase the scores. I went from having a 500 to a 600 in a year with their secured credit card. After a year, I applied for a unsecured credit card and got approved in seconds. The greatest part was watching the man who has helped me through all of this jump up and down with me when I found out I was approved. Not only do they do their best to help people like me out, the enjoy the moments with you! I am currently waiting for my card in the mail, and I'm counting down the days it will arrive. I will recommend capital one to everyone I know.

Great customer service!!! On the phone when I call to make a payment have a capital one credit card never had any problems with them..want to thank them for giving me a chance when nobody else would because of my credit..thanks to them my credit score has increase.

I refinanced my truck with capital one because they gave me a better interest rate than my local credit union. The app on my android is also easy to use. I have my payments set up bi weekly and its so easy. Also the credit tracker is awesome. It updates monthly so you can see your credit score. The best part is that you rarely get a foreigner that you cannot understand over the phone.
