very sorry service, it's the worst. I called the La Joya Branch 18 times. not once did they pick up. They need to get rid of all the people who work there and hire some real professional people.

2/23/2016 I want to rate this because they need to fix their customer service! The young lady front desk was rude she raised her voice at MY mother, I was asking a lot of questions since my first time getting a personal loan. I don't know if I was getting on her nerves or she was having a bad day, I know their bank is small and probably bored out of their minds. #no good service

Awful bank, actually is quite a joke! This bank is a total joke, you cannot have a business or personally bank account with a joke of a bank that won't answer your call. Lost business opportunities due to not being able to communicate with anyone from that bank. This is THE WORST BANK I've ever had an account with, just ridiculous.
