The service here sucks...if you go through the commercial lane they take forever...youll see car after car after car pass u by. I would never make wells fargo my personal bank! #StickToTheATM

Big banks big attitudes!!! I went to the bank with. Cashiers Check from my other bank they told me they had to put a hold on it. I questioned why she said cuz I'm not an established customer. After 27 years! Manager said I'll call your bank see if they'll vouch for you wasn't my regular bank I go to most the time. she said no they won't vouch for you. So I went to my bank talked to manager she said they never called me yesterday. no more customer service anymore.

Terrible customer service. Each time I pull up to the drive through, I'm never greeted or told "we're working on your deposit" to inform me I'm even being helped. My previous visit had me hitting the call button three times with no answer, before I just decided to keep hitting the call button continuously until someone finally answered at which point I was then told I was being helped. I'm in retail myself, and not even letting your customer know they are being taken care of is ridiculous. Its as if they wait for you to provide customer service to them. This has happened every time I've been to this location.
