Bank of America Financial Center in Kyle, TX

I moved here when I got married, because my husband already had an account with them. I am not happy for several reasons. 1) There are NEVER enough tellers to help each customer's needs. This means that I wait in line for 15++ minutes each time I come in. 2) There are only ATM's in the drive-through lines. So, if you need to do anything beyond depositing money or cashing out more than $700 at once, you HAVE to go in. 3) It seems like everything has a fee included, and they're outrageous. For example- even though I have an account with BoA, I still pay $10 for a cashier's check or money order. Are you kidding me?! I can go across the street to HEB and get one for $0.68! Another example is that we have to have a certain amount of direct deposit coming into our checking account every month, or they'll charge. This would be extremely problematic if something were to happen to either of us and we were out of jobs or in the hospital! The only good thing that I can say about this bank is the location and smiles when you walk through the door. Both very important, but not enough for my business. We will be moving banks very soon.

Every time I come here I am greeted with such great service and friendliness! I try to use the atm as much as possible since the lines during lunch hour are long unless I am making a large deposit. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Much nicer than the Bank of America in Austin.

I have considered leaving Bank of America many times until I visited the location in Kyle. They renewed my faith in the bank's ability to give exceptional customer service. Louis is outstanding. I have referred 3 people to this branch in the last 1 month and they all report how the experience was pleasant. The manager always greets me by my name and follows up with any request in a timely manner. If I walk-in for customer service she will make me aware of the wait and offer to make an appointment. When I arrive for my appointment, they are ready to help.

Impossible to get a representative on the line! Just trying to find out of system is up for the Kyle, Texas location so I don't have to make a wasted trip again. Automated system doesn't put you on hold. Cuts you off and you have to try all over again.
