The William Barry Philips P.C is wonderful. They all have really taken care of me and my family. We have been with them for a little over two years and have found everything to be wonderful. We have no complaints and have told all soldiers and their families.

Do Not Go Here. They are rude and don't care about their clients. Barry Phillips when he was alive was a great attorney. His replacement Micco is bad. Pay them money and you get nothing. They wanted us to pay $78000 back on $48000 of Chapter 13 debt. Go ahead and ask them to do things after you have paid more of a deposit than they were asking. They answer NO. They will not contact your creditors. They will not run a credit report.They will not help you. They will take your money. They will leave you uninformed and in the dark. They will play ignorant, example "I need a release", (Never heard of that), What about collection agencies that sue and do not notify you by faking paperwork, (Never heard of that). Regret is the only thing you will get for your money. They also lie. The attorney will tell you anything you want to hear then the legal assistants tell the exact opposite. Run away from this firm!

The free consultation was fantastic. The attorney I spoke to there was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the law to me in a way that was easily understandable. In the end, we determined that I did not need his services. He charge me for nothing. When I do need a lawyer, I will absolutely go back here.
