Wells Fargo Bank in Katy, TX

We happened to have total of six(6) accounts. Starting out with some free accounts. And then there are fees start to kick in after a few months. So I stoped by this branch try to get some resolve. However, bump right in to a terrible customer service rep. name Antonio. First of all, I don't think that Antonio even speak nor understand enough English to be a named brand bank. Antonio was sitting on his back and very mean throwing back to me bunch of questions that's not even related to my issue. He waisted so much time going back and forward with his own question instead of listen to my issues to help. I'd finally got one question that he understand and his replied was "No, once your account closed. That is done, all the fees will be gone with the accounts closed". I couldn't believe that was the answer from a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE in his voice was raise as yelling as a no brainer kid. Finally, I personally don't think that this very nice bank branch should have a terrible Customer Service Rep. alike Mr. ANTONIO

This location by far is the best in Houston, the staff is so friendly and they go the extra mile to make you feel secure, happy,. I have never experienced this much quality in customer service in a bank before. You guys/girls rock... A special thanks to the branch manager Cindy for making this branch what it is and always making me feel welcomed every time. ;-)

Everyone here is friendly. You are greated by someone every time you enter. You never feel rushed and everything you need is done in a timely manner.

I don't like it is bad business branch should be closed Ppl there doesn't respect your time frame to make a simple deposit no one no two but three times I had to go to 529 at Hwy6 ppl there gives you respect and good service since you walk in. Smh shame on wells fargo banking.

Fantastic customer service !!! The staff has been very attentive and courteous when I've gone in. Also, I have not had to wait long at all to get the services I was going there for.
