Almost impossible to talk to anyone on the phone. Numerous prompts to get put on hold for a representative. 15 minute waits everytime I call. Then when someone finally answers you are disconnected.

what a nightmare! Farim or whoever helped me file my fraud claim was as helpful as a 2 year old child. The customer service at this bank is AWFUL! He basically told me that they do not issue a provisional credit for the stolen funds, I had to wait 7-10 business days and I had to call Visa customer care. They do nothing through the branch. This man said, I just wash my hands of it once the forms are faxed. I don't answer questions, I don't follow up and I don't do anything else with it. Really? He said that I should have financially planned for this to happen so I am not in such a tough spot and for me not to be defensive. Im very angry at this point, and as soon as I get my money I am closing my account and going back to Bank of America. So much for me wanting a smaller bank.

A relative suggested I get an account from your bank. First thing,, Get rid of that 100 button pushing activity to get to a new account. Plus NO, I will not ever give my social sec. # to a voice message machine.. Tax ID?, what is that? You need major work to become a real bank. Get with your customers up front, answer the phone with a live body, and see your business improve. I will not be using your bank, but go to Chase bank instead.
