This place is not worth having business with; they have a preapproval process over the phone but is done by a third party which ask you many questions. Later on you receive a call from some one from the office. Spoke with this person more than 5 times; finally came in to the office (I know I was only preapproved) and the employee there had not reviewed all the paper work and all the information that was given over the phone (which are very detailed questions). Before going to the office we spoke not less than 5 times over the phone. Went there, gave all the proof and at any point it was mentioned that there was a risk of getting declined. Even went ahead and opened the bank account. But the system was down; we weren't able to get the receipt for our deposit. Got a manual one. So don't try to get a loan from this place ! Unless you have a lot of time to lose.

I've been banking with Members choice for about 3yrs now, I never cared for the customer service until a few months ago I started working with a lady named Krysyle. My husband and I own a small business so I'm in this branch weekly, Krystle always greets me with a smile, something I never got until she started working there. Everything is fast, quick and informative with her. Her customer service is amazing and she genuinely cares. Whoever did her training should give some tidbits to the other staff. Thanks to Krystle I am a faithful Members of Members Choice. Id say she saved their butts from losing an account. Thumbs up to Ms. Krystle!!!!

WORST Customer service I have ever experienced. I never leave bad reviews but I just felt that I had to after my experience at this branch. I went in to up the amount that was drafted out of my Chase account for my car loan. Something any banker would tell you is not a difficult task to do. To my surprise when the next draft rolled around it drafted the original amount AND the amount that I changed it to. I understand that mistakes happen BUT when I call and they promise to have my money back the next day and fail to do so, then that becomes a major issue. I would assume that they would make sure not to mess up again but I guess that's my fault for assuming. I had to call again and make sure that they fix that as well as reimburse me for my overdraft fees they caused me to obtain. After all of this I asked for the manager to give me a call because I didn't want anymore mistakes to happen and wanted the manager to handle my next request. And once again their customer service failed. I NEVER received that call even after being promised I would. I've never received this type of horrible service and now I avoid this branch at all times to save myself the headache. Stay away from them if you can!
