If there was a zero star I would give it to them. They cant seem to get money or paperwork together. I closed on a house and then had to wait hours to get the keys due to this company not releasing funds. I had cancel movers because of the delays. This people are horrible. Just say no this company.

Delays. Delays, everywhere. In short, if you want to close on time, don't go with them. The people are very friendly, but even after setting a close date that was two months out, we're having to ask for an extension. This is our second home, and our first was nowhere near this troublesome. I think the worst part about it, isn't necessarily that there's a delay, it's the lack of communication. I continually asked if that close date was good (for at least 3 weeks prior to closing), and was assured that was more than enough time. Here is is, 4 days prior, and I'm being told that it's not going to happen on time.
