Bank of Texas in Katy, TX

Awful customer service from the Bank of Texas Katy branch. A few years ago my wife and I decided to make a change in how we supported local businesses. Rather than staying with the "Big Banks" like Bank of America, which we had been with for 12 years, we decided to try Bank of Texas. Bank of Texas has proven to be the wrong choice. Before we move to a local credit union, we are providing our local branch in Katy a long list, including dates and times, of each time they failed to call us back, put us on hold indefinitely, forgot to send us requested information, etc. We are simple money-in, money-out no problem customers. I can't image how difficult it would be to do business with the Bank of Texas Katy branch. Hope this review is helpful to other members of our community.
