American Airlines Credit Union in Hurst, TX

My mom was denied a secured loan because she couldn't understand some of the questions asked and I was not to interpret,in fact was kicked out of the room, which am sure if it was ,spanish ,would have had a bilingual employee. discrimination due to language was not cool CJ.She has been a member for almost, if not a year but cannot get help with her financial needs? Oh While still in there the loan officer told her several times that other people are out waiting ,guess more valued customers.
