I dealt with Manny. He worked with me for a couple months through me trying to make up my mind. They didn't have what I wanted, but found one for me. I love my 2011 Ram 3500! The ENTIRE team is fantastic. Very courteous, respectful, and easy going. I have worked for dealerships in the past that never came close to the service you WILL get from these guys. I applied online, they got me approved while I was still in Reno Nevada and I drove my beater truck 1,800 miles to trade it in. They gave me top dollar for my truck and delivered my new truck in better than advertised condition. I told all my friends that the trip was worth the deal. very pleasant car buying experience. went to two other dealerships where i felt rushed and Alan from TSW was the complete polar opposite of that. He was patient , very informative and a real cool dude to talk to. if they don't have the car you want, then they will make sure to find it for you. Highly recommend TSW and especially Alan Nabors !
