I wish to recognize and thank Jason of Zeus Mortgage for all his efforts during my home buying process. Ultimately completing this process from out of state presented some challenges and my lack of experience with how things are typically done in Texas presented a few more. Jason patiently explained every aspect of the process and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. In every conversation Jason was professional and respectful. I never felt he was trying to hurry me off the phone in order to move on to another task. He provided clear lists of documentation I needed to provide. Necessary papers for my review were completely promptly and accurately. It was a pleasure to work with someone who approaches their responsibilities in the same manner as I do. All in all, I would highly recommend Jason to anyone seeking a loan. Jason was away on a scheduled vacation during part of my loan process. In his absence, Brian and his assistant carried on. Although my experience with Brian was limited, he exhibited the same professionalism and positive customer service that Jason did, indicating that this is part of the corporate culture at Zeus.

Absolutely dreadful and horrendous. Let me explain in short. I was trying to complete a refinance, my credit score was 820 and I make 74,000.00 a year through a typical W2 job. A standard easy slam dunk right? WRONG. The entire NIGHTMARE lasted 12 months on which I had a high interest loan needing to be refinanced. Roger Salinas is a crook plain and simple, he talks a good game I'll give him that but him and his team bumbled around dragging their feet over and over, and just as I was fed up and about to try another broker Roger assured me it would be only a couple more weeks to get everything done. Which dragged out for 12 months!!! I paid almost 1k a month in interest in the loan. So in short Zeus Mortgage COST me 12,000.00 just in lost interest, let alone the fees they charged to close the deal (finally). AVOID AT ALL COSTS. And if you MUST use them (I don't know why you would), at least have another application pending with another broker. These guys are pure trash, plain and simple.

I had a good experience on my refi. Got a good rate and relatively pain free.

Vary bad service very rude there all scam artists I was getting a reverse mortgage on my property and day keep wanting stuff from me I mean its cast me 6400$ dollars out of my pocket for all the lil requirements day need people that don't have a lot of money go to a places like this and toll me it well only teke 2 or 3 months but it's been 8 months and Stell never get my money I well say if your planing to go with this company think again there not on things you'll be doing most of the work for tham there's a black ladie there named Ari talmand she's so slow shes very this's respectful and don't Lat you no whats happen with What's going on and Paul is a bad man he's so Fake not a man of he's work

We had a little mishap, but we figured it out that it was really my fault. I had entered one email address that I don't really use (my yahoo) but was checking my main email for my approval letter. But we finally worked it out and are off and running. Thanks for your help guys.
