Shell Federal Credit Union in Houston, TX

I enjoy banking here but the drive thru experience is horrible. I have to turn my car off while in line sometimes because the service is so slow, and it can be something as simple as making a deposit.

They don't care about your money they try to don't return you anything and they don't care if you close your account "WELLS FARGO" it's 100 times better also customer service

I made the switch about a week ago. But trying to contact anyone via the phone or email is trouble. Had i known that the service would be this way i would had not made the switch. They say Credit Unions are the best yeah right When someone calls you from there make sure to answer, it might be days before you can reach that person again via phone or email THE SERVICE IS SLOW

I've Been with this bank for about 4 years. Recently I've noticed that there were several fees applied to my account. I made a total of 4 calls & no body could explain to me what happened, all I was receiving were "run around" answers. If I put my money into a bank & something happens, I would expect for an employee of the bank to be knowledgeable enough to explain to me & help me understand what happened. One young lady hung up on me while in the middle of asking a question. I would of assumed that the employees would be much more polite & patient with customers when something does not look right or goes wrong. I used to bank with Bank of America & have never experienced this issue with their customer service. I'll be taking my business back to them.

I admit the Monroe road 1 should have more than just 1 atm,...at least 3!!,..1 in the doorway,..where u'd feel safe&secure,...because u'd have 2 use ur banking card 2 get in&the doors would automaticly lock behind U till U were done&u'd be the only 1 in there! Another atm next 2 the 1 they already have in the drive-thru & 2 on the other side across from there. Also??!! an atm "island!!" in Target's parking lot towards the front entrance of Target,...off of the beltway 8 feeder road.I used 2 have an account w/Shell Federal Cu!!,...2 go 2 "Smart "Ass!!" Cu!!,..NOW!!,.."THAT'S!!" THE "1!!" Everyone!! should avoid!!,...at ALL "COSTS!!"I had No!! Trouble!! w/the staff inside Shell,... Very Considerate!!,Polite!!,Friendly!!,Well Mannered!!& Attenative 2 Ur needs!!&wants!! NOT LIKE!! "SMART "ASS!!" CU!!,...having a "Piss!! Poor!!" Attitude!! towards U!!& Everything!! & Everyone Elise!!,...live!! in Person!!,..or over the phone!! Laughing in Ur face!! Yeah!!,..Shell Federal Cu has people over the phone like THAT!! As long as They get a "Paycheck??!!" "Attitude!!",...What??!! & Y??!! should They Care??!!:(:( I'm going back 2 Shell Federal!! & staying w/Them!!;);):):)The HELL!! w/"Smart "Ass!!"
