I usually make a payment at one of their branches, but this time I called and made a payment over the phone. I was told everything had gone through without a problem. The following month I called to make my next payment and was told I was over 30 days late on my payment and that I had a lapse in my auto insurance so my payment was going to go from $507 a month to over $800 a month and they were going to add thousands of dollars to my loan. Not understanding the situation I explained that I had made my payment the previous month and that I have never had a lapse on my insurance ever! They told me that the person that had ran my payment, ran it through a different checking account that wasn't even mine. That being said they still reported my payment being 30 days late to the credit bureaus, even after telling me their employee had made the mistake. My credit score dropped 38 points on my equifax and transunion credit report. The worst thing was I was planning on refinancing my home at the time and because of this that was not even a possibility. They did realize I was fully insured and didn't charge me for that, but the damage had been done. Unfortunately I am still financing my vehicle through them, but as soon as my loan is paid for, I never will again.

Phone calls were usually answered in no more than 3 mins. Now it's like 10 mins. I called twice for a quick question and now they had me leave a message for them to get back to me. Not acceptable.

I have had my joint account there for over 4 years and now they tell me my wife cannot have the account with me. She banks with Wells Fargo, plus 4 is our joint account. These people are pretty dumb!

This is the worst bank ever. They always give you the run around, customer service/call center employees are very rude and unknowlegeable, there is never a supervisor available they are always in meetings. Every employee gives you a different answer. It is just horrible. If there was an option for 0 stars that is what I would rate it!
