Memorial Credit Union in Houston, TX

Memorial City location - I dropped off a loan payment on behalf of my husband. The teller with her hair up (straight hair) was very rude. When I arrived, she was on her phone and I had to wait till she got done before she acknowledged me. Very unprofessional. She needs to be retrained on how to provide customer service. The delivery was rude and unprofessional. I asked a simple question and there are ways to respond. She didn't respond in a polite manner but was very rude and obnoxious.

I have been with Memorial Credit Union for 6 years. Sadly they do not appreciate long standing customers as well as have bad customer service. Nadia is one employee that is awesome to customers! Ruben is one employee that I have dealt with that has bad customer service and quite rude. My advice... join another credit union.

I've been a member for many years, the employees are always professional. Very knowledgeable and so easy to converse with. Continue the wonderful work ladies.

I have been with memorial credit union for years know , I love the memorial city location all of the ladies there are wonderful and the tellers are awesome they are the reason I come to this location no matter where I am at .. the loan agent Nadia is fabulous !!!! thanks for always providing excellent service

If i could give NO STARS, I would! Anthony in the collections department is a scam artist! He will act like he is helping you but will refer you to a whole in wall used car dealer ( I am sure they pay him to send people because you wouldn't find this place without knowing someone) . DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Long story short after Anthony sent me to his friend of a dealer, my car was stolen not too long after, a year later the car still missing, HPD is shocked how no evidence has appeared from the vehicle. Once trying to submit the claim, Anthony stated I was responsible for the balance that the insurance didn't cover. After speaking with a lawyer and branch manager they discovered he didn't even submit the claim to gap to cover amount owed. After back and forth the branch manager got gap to cover balance and I even received a refund check. I have suffered for a year plus trying to get this off my credit. BEWARE if you talk to a guy named ANTHONY JULIAN.
