From day one Mike Durr was great. I referred to Mike Durr by a friend that had a great experience as well. This was my first home buying experience and I was nervous not only about all the paperwork, but also I lived in a different city. We needed to meet a quick deadline due to sellers demands. Mike Durr did not disappoint and exceeded my expectation. He and his colleagues were very quick to respond to all questions and reply back once documents were received. We actually could have closed 4 days early. He continued to follow up with me up to the day of closing and called a couple times after to make sure everything was okay and I was happy. I came across Mike through word of mouth, boy am I happy I found him. This was my first home purchase and I was skeptical about it since I actually did not met Mike face to face until the day of closing.
