Staff was friendly for the most part. BEWARE do not sell instruments here. Go to Spencer's on Jones Rd. They will offer AT LEAST double of what this store has to offer I promise you. I understand that it's a pawn but the price they offered for two of my guitars was down right insulting. I'm assuming that's how they are with other products from what i witnessed while being there, but I can't really say because my experience had to do with guitars only. If you're looking for authentic musicians who value guitars and will look after them AND pay you with an element of value, then go to Spencer's Guitar Shop.
