I was there about a week ago and I applied for a credit card and also opened a new checking account. I was there with my girlfriend and her mom and the lady that helped us was very friendly and helpful and she explained that 99$ would be put down to apoly for the card and that it would be available immediately. So my girlfriends mom left to give me some privacy while relaying personal information to start it. And the lady changed and started telling me that it wouldn't be available until a year after its been started and that there would be a 39$ annual fee along with it but not to worry because it would be about 1 to 2 months before I was charged. When I got home I opened the BofA app and I had been charged the 39$ fee already. A couple days later I received my debit card for the account I started and it wasn't even the one I ordered. I'm done with BofA and I'm going to chase.

Nice branch office for a town the size of Greenville. They've handled all of my service items, completed wire transfers to and from my accounts, issued cashiers checks when I've needed them. Sometimes they are busy, but the lines move quickly. If they don't, just go ask one of the Customer Service reps if more help can be sent to the counter.
