Rude, long gray haired old womsn non lady has discrimination issues theres proof in WRITTING on cameras. She refused to open a new account period and lied and said she can't. . I know someone that has 4 different accounts and numbers

They are rude and completely unhelpful. The ONLY reason i still deal with them is because unfortunately my auto loan is with them. I plan on switching to UFCU as soon as possible and also refinancing. I have never in my life felt so belittled as i did in this bank! the guy literally laughed at me when is asked him for help and treated me like a stupid child! UGH!!! WORST BANK EVER!!!!!!!!!!

I had a very positive experience with applying for a loan at this branch. Texell loan officer Monica was super helpful! Texell has been good with helping me build my credit. I did have a problem a few weeks ago on another issue but after talking with the manager all was resolved and I left very happy.
