Bank of America Financial Center in Georgetown, TX

They have no drive thru on Saturdays. This is VERY inconvenient. They don't accept deposits into my mom's bank account without the full acct number. Really? Since when?! They do it for some of my other family members. I have my renters deposit into my acct without my bank acct all together and they don't have problems. That's why I will NEVER bank here EVER!

Only because I can't give it NO STARS I've been customer since 1998. problems with the ATM not working or accepting cash. Closes Mon-Fri at 4 pm some of us don't have the luxury of getting off early to be able get to the bank before 4 and some things just can't wait until Friday when you stay open until 6 Used to be able to make deposit inside using your debit card now you have to fill out a deposit slip and show your ID to deposit cash into your own checking account and when I was sent back to the desk to get a deposit slip( guess it's just too inconvenient for the clerk to have some available at her computer )it was out so I left without depositing my cash. Goodbye Bank of America

Worst customer service experience ever. I usually use the Round Rock location since my business is there but decided to use this location on my way home. Big mistake. I had 3 different tellers complain about the amount of deposits I had and how much time it was going to take them. As a business manager I can tell you that I was appalled at the customer service and that would never happen in my store. If the 3 of them would have worked together to get it done instead of complaining it would have gone faster for everyone.
