Resource One Credit Union in Garland, TX

I'm assuming the lone poor review that is posted at the time of this review, is that of a scorn employee or customer who was denied a loan. This branch is absolutely perfect. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

I recently joined Resource one.I had a problem with an online product and had to stop a payment.My associate called me personally and fixed the problem.The staff is professional with my best interests in mind.I am going to love this credit union,with quick response time too wow!

Terrible bank and staff. We belong to a partner credit union and I drove from Rockwall to make a withdrawal. I looked up the hours of the bank online and they were listed as 8-6pm; we got there shortly after 5:30. The lobby was closed so we went thru the drive-thru. Although their hours were listed as open until 6, because we were from a partnership credit union, they refused to serve us thru the drive-thru stating it was their "policy" that they only help members via the drive thru even though the lobby was closed and I let Rachael know we were headed out of town early the next morning. She looked at me with a blank stare and just said, "it's our policy."

This bank is great. I've been using them for years. Customer service is great, staff is helpful and friendly, and they don't have an entire department devoted to finding a way to fee you.

This bank is amazing! Everyone is really friendly and it gives you a chance to build a relationship with someone working here.
