First Cash Pawn in Garland, TX

got a title loan , some new girl did not charge me the right payment and i got stuck paying 159.15 in late fee due to her mess up . They give you the run arounds and say they can t help you

They're thieves! My fiance pawned her diamond ring and when she went to get it, it had a different diamond in it. I'm the one who bought it and I know what I paid for. I highly recommend to everyone, go to a different pawnshop, they're crooks.

I don't like it .. they don't respect any customers .. If you don't believe me just go there and buy something from there and you'll understand what want to say .. and the Manager she's very tough I'll never back to this shop .. Sorry

The majority of the women that work there try,and do anything they can to avoid you when you need customer service.Hard to buy anything in the place when their are hardly ever any sales.Don't ask them to come down on anything because they say."It just came in "Maybe 2 very good employees there.Jewelry is overpriced.

This place is a disgrace, I went in there for a payday loan with jewery over $400 worth and they offered me $10 even tho I was gonna pay them back in 3 days ! the Hispanic lady with the wet looking hair and tattoos on her chest was extremely rude. The guy I was talking to seemed like he didn't know what he was even doing. But the worst part wasn't even about the pawn. The people that were working the counter were all Hispanic. I'm half white half Hispanic and grew up speaking Spanish but look like a white. They were kinda shocked when I responded in Spanish to them making fun of me referring to me as "wedo" ! Unacceptable. In other words, don't waste your time and this ragged out place and go somewhere like American pawn who will actually help you out. Especially if you look white. I'll never be back and I will make sure all my people never step foot in the doors here. Hope I could help
